The Triple Target Team Training System fastens to the top of any free standing training bag. It allows for one, two, or three students to participate in kicking/punching "line drills" at the same time while letting instructors make "hands-on" corrections to students while they train. Each rod is fully padded and each target has the same durability as "X-Ray" film. The Triple Target Team Training System can be easily unassembled for storage.

How does a Triple Target Team Training System work?
The system fastens to the top of any freestanding training bag using a plastic saucer base. Three rods extend outward from the saucer, each holding a foam-covered pole with a target flag at the end. The target flags are made from a durable material with properties similar to X-ray film.
During training, one, two, or three students position themselves at different target stations and perform kicking or punching drills against the target flags. The extended rod design keeps students spaced apart, giving instructors room to move between them and make hands-on corrections while drills are in progress. When not in use, the entire system disassembles for storage.
